This page has a few different Mood Charts to help you keep track of how you are feeling every day, week, month, etc....
The first one is one mainly used for adults. The second through 4th one on this page is used mainly for children. The bottom chart is for a monthly tracking of your child's moods. Yes, believe it or not, mood disorders can manifest or show themselves at an early age (I was 7). The middle two are for weekly or daily and is visual for the child to help identify themselves with how they may be feeling. One is for a boy and one is for a girl.
