OBSERVE
Attending to events, emotions and other behavior responses without necessarily trying to end them because they’re painful or prolong them when they are pleasurable.
Allow yourself to experience with awareness, in the moment, rather than leaving or try to end the emotion.
The ability to step back from the event itself and just watch and feel; even if we don’t like it without judging or putting value on it.
